relaxing saunaconvenient locationsmooth process
the spa facilities included a sauna , which i found very relaxing. my room was close to the pool , which was convenient. the check-in process was smooth and efficient , i did not wait long.

The check-in process was slow , taking nearly 40 minutes. my king room with terrace desert view overlooked a sandy play area , not exactly the tranquil desert vista i anticipated. the noise from that area was also quite distracting. also , dinner service felt disorganized . A long wait despite having a reservation.

the breakfast offered a diverse selection. it included both local and international options. the adults-only pool provided a tranquil setting. attentiveness from staff members around the pool was noticeable. the desert view king room was very spacious. it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
the gym only had a limited number of machines.

i found the garden wonderful. the pool was really good too. the beds were very comfortable and made for a good sleep.
the staff seemed very poor. the reception did not provide accurate information about breakfast hours. i also had issues with luggage handling, they misplaced it for a time.
